On Thursday, May 31, Chuck Kasky, chief executive officer of the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, visited Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty’s Severna Park office to meet with our Maryland branch managers. He spoke on various topics specifically affecting the real estate industry in Maryland, from new legislation coming down the pike to doing business in the state.
Association to be renamed
Chuck also announced that the Maryland Association of REALTORS will soon change its name to Maryland REALTORS.
“We are changing the name because ‘associations’ are things,” Chuck said. “What we are is a group of people working together to better the industry.”
“We’re so glad that Chuck could make time to speak with us today,” said Terri Bracciale, Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty’s Baltimore metro president. “He and I have known each other for many years, and every time I hear him speak, he is always full of relevant and useful information for managers and agents alike.”
