Maryland real estate association visits our Severna Park office

On Thursday, May 31, Chuck Kasky, chief executive officer of the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, visited Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty’s Severna Park office to meet with our Maryland branch managers. He spoke on various topics specifically affecting the real estate industry in Maryland, from new legislation coming down the pike to doing business in the state.

Association to be renamed

Chuck also announced that the Maryland Association of REALTORS will soon change its name to Maryland REALTORS.

“We are changing the name because ‘associations’ are things,” Chuck said. “What we are is a group of people working together to better the industry.”
