“Serving our customers and exceeding their expectations continues to be our primary motivation day-in, day-out,” said company president Kevin Wiles. “We know from experience that repeat buyers are more demanding customers because they know what to expect. So the fact that we’re ranked number one in this category is particularly satisfying.”
