Four more top performing real estate professionals have recently joined BHHS PenFed Realty in the Mid-Atlantic region: Sue Baker in East Prince William County, Virginia; Jeannie Betten in Ocean City, Maryland; Todd Cerino in Reston, Virginia and Nick Chaconas in Rockville, Maryland.

“We are excited that four of the most experienced, talented and successful REALTORS® in the region have joined our team. Sue, Jeannie, Todd and Nick share a commitment to service and professionalism that align perfectly with our vision and values,” said Mid-Atlantic President and CEO Kevin Wiles.

All four agents said they came to BHHS PenFed Realty because of its value proposition: Respected Brand, Real Estate Rewards program (clients can save up to $10,000 in closing costs), Resourceful Coaching, Revolutionary Compensation and Remarkable Growth.

Sue Baker, a 29-year real estate veteran, wanted to join PenFed Realty because of its respected reputation and inclusive culture. “I wanted to recapture the joy and passion of working in real estate,” Sue said.

What Sue enjoys most is helping people find a home to create lasting memories with their family and friends. “I read Warren Buffet’s quote: ‘A home is one of the most important assets that most people will ever buy. Homes are also where memories are made and you want to work with someone you can trust.’ This is why I’m in real estate and why I joined PenFed Realty,” she added.

Jeannie has 11 years of real estate experience that focuses on resort properties near the ocean. During her career, she worked in a variety of professional occupations: banking, lending, marketing, and public relations before becoming a sales professional. “My solid skills in finance and marketing allow me to negotiate the best deals for my clients,” Jeannie added.

Todd, with 16 years of experience, wanted to join a fast-growing company that strives for excellence. “No other real estate firm offers a Real Estate Rewards program this rich, a well-respected brand, free one-on-one coaching, strong compensation benefits and fast-paced growth,” said Todd.

Nick, a sales professional for 14 years, also had an interesting journey to residential real estate. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University and a Master’s in Information Systems at George Washington. He recently wrote a book that is expected to be published this spring titled, The Value Driven Approach to Selling Real Estate.

“I joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty because of its outstanding reputation and well respected sales professionals. The benefits that I can now bring to my clients has already been immeasurable,” said Nick.
